Invitation to Bid
USD 511 is accepting bids for a 25x40 foot concrete tornado shelter. This construction must conform to all FEMA P 361 and National Storm Shelter Association (NSSA) ICC 500 2014codes and rules. This proposal includes all drawings and permits as well as any other required materials.

All envelopes must clearly be marked as bid proposal andmailed inside another sealed envelope.
Bids will be open December 21, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. at USD 511 Board of Education meeting room.
USD 511 Board of Education reserves all rights in accepting or rejecting any or all bids.
